The Metrologic MS3780 Fusion™ is an affordable hand-held omni-directional laser barcode scanner with single-line capability that increases retail checkout system efficiency with its automatic in-stand operation, optionally integrated EAS, and industry leading barcode scanning performance.

The Metrologic MS3780 Fusion barcode scanner combines omni-directional and single-line laser barcode scanning into a lightweight, ergonomic hand-held form factor. The 20-line scan pattern provides superior scanning over existing single-line hand-held scanners making the Metrologic MS3780 Fusion barcode scanner ideal for medium-volume retailers including specialty stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, and convenience stores.

The Metrologic MS3780 barcode scanner is packaged with a hands-free adjustable stand with 50° of tilt and three locking positions that provides flexibility for the user to position the scanner for individual comfort and optimal performance. Stabilized with a weighted metal base, the Metrologic MS3780 stand may also be hard-mounted to counters or walls.

When the Metrologic MS3780 Fusion barcode scanner is positioned in the convenient hands-free stand, the integrated infra-red (IR) sensor automatically activates the laser when a barcode is presented to the scanner.

The Metrologic MS3780 barcode scanner also includes CodeGate™, a patented feature that allows the user to align the barcode before pressing the button, transmitting the data to the host system. This feature provides the ability to pass over other barcodes, selecting only the required code. No other barcode scanner offers this much control.
