The new extended memory model holds up to 2500 bar codes when out of range, this is called "Range Gate" feature. Range Gate allows the user to scan up to 8kb of barcodes while the Metrologic MS9535 Bluetooth cordless barcode scanner is out of RF range. It will then re-establish communication once back within the RF signal and transmit the data - very cool! |
